We hire Business Analysts all year round. They are responsible for helping our clients make informed decisions by providing data-driven insights, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, product development, and market dynamics. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at translating complex data into actionable strategies that drive product success.

Grade

Analysts 1 - 3

We are looking to fill roles of Business Analyst across various grades (from Junior Analysts 1 to III). Our structure mimics the Big 4 model.

Job Responsibilities

Research and Analysis
  • Conducts market research and analysis including industry, competitor and user research and analysis for new products and services.
  • Analyses product and market data to understand potential opportunities and threats for new and existing products, assess the viability of product concepts, including financial, technical, and operational aspects.
  • Translates research findings into actionable insights to clients and internal teams to guide product development and positioning strategies.
  • Develop business documentation including analyses, reports and recommendation.
  • Analyses, documents and coordinates the improvement of existing processes to enhance product development, delivery, and growth, as well ensure alignment with defined strategies and goals.
  • Regularly engages internal and external stakeholders with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintains performance trackers for business and product KPIs.
Product
  • Works with cross-functional teams to validate and refine product features, user experience, and positioning leveraging customer feedback and market data.
  • Translates business needs into clear and detailed specifications that guide product development and project execution.
  • Actively participates in all aspects of the product lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and developments in all industries relevant to the business with respect to technology, processes, regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors and optimize growth efforts. ­Other duties as assigned in relation to achieving defined goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant roles

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of business processes, product development, and market dynamics
  • Experience with market research, financial analysis, and business case development.
  • Strategic thinking and value-driven approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of relevant industries, regulatory requirements, and local markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
