Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and digital engagement initiatives. The role requires a professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
· Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Assist in planning product or service launches and promotional campaigns.
· Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Content & Brand Communications
· Develop compelling content for websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
· Coordinate the development of marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing
· Manage and update company social media platforms and digital communication channels.
· Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing and social media promotions.
· Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
· Support media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
· Assist in managing external communications with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
· Coordinate communication activities for events, campaigns, and partnerships.
Market Research & Insights
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
· Gather customer insights to support marketing and product positioning strategies.
Events & Brand Visibility
· Support the planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and promotional activities.
· Ensure brand presence and visibility at industry events and engagements.
Key Performance Indicators
· Campaign engagement and reach
· Growth in brand visibility and audience engagement

· Timely execution of marketing initiatives

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in:
· Marketing
· Communications
· Business Administration
· Public Relations
· Or a related field.
Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
· Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content development.
· Experience working with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.

Working Hours
· Minimum 40 hours per week
· Regular working hours (8AM- 5PM) on business days - More hours may be required depending on business demands
