Job Function
They are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products and projects as part of client engagements and/or our startup studio. They will coordinate and engage with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Senior Associate to Manager
We hire Product Consultants all year round across a range of grades (from Junior Analysts to Senior Associates). Our structure mimics the Big 4 model.
Our Delivery Team handles execution from market research through product development, all the way to growth while our Advisory Team provides strategy consulting and advisory services to our clients and inhouse teams.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve product vision, long‑term strategy, and outcome‑drivenroadmaps.
- Translate our strategic pillars into product themes, bets, andmeasurable goals.
- Lead competitive/market research to guide product differentiation anduser value.
- Drive prioritisation using impact > effort frameworks and validatedlearning.
AI‑Driven Product Operations
- Champion a culture of experimentation.
- Implement agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive product ops tasks.
- Use predictive AI for risk forecasting, prioritisation, and churnsignals.
- Use generative AI to accelerate documentation, communication, and UXflows.
Cross‑Functional Leadership (Leads only)
- Lead integrated squads across Engineering, QA, UX, Data, Operations,Product Consulting.
- Align all functions on objectives, timelines, outcomes, and successcriteria.
- Facilitate rituals, cross‑team decisioning.
- Resolve cross‑functional blockers and manage resource allocation.
- Manage KPIs, OKRs, and scorecard reporting for leadership.
- Establish quality standards and release governance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Maintain strong compliance and documentation practices.
Project & Technical Delivery
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across clients and internal teams.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client needs, technical design, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
- Track, measure, and report on technical delivery performance, using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Organize and facilitate project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of solutions delivered.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on transparency, responsiveness, and value delivery.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and changes in a timely and effective manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and operationalization of delivered solutions by collaborating with client-side users and teams.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current on technology trends, delivery practices, and industry innovations to inform project execution and improvement.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and retrospectives to identify learnings and areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to internal frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies to scale the delivery team’s capabilities.
Growth & Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion through delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Data team to ensure telemetry, tracking, and behavioural insights.
- Define and continuously refine Aha moments, onboarding journeys, andactivation goals.
- Evaluate customer needs, usage patterns, and feedback for continuousoptimization.
- Partner with Customer Success, BD, and Consulting to ensure commercialalignment.
- Track and influence adoption, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Support proposal development, technical scoping, and pre-sales activities as needed.
- Promote a delivery culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and measurable impact.

- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in relevant role. 2+years managing cross‑functional teams

Working Hours

- Regular working hours (8AM- 5PM) on business days - More hours may be required depending on business demands
