Job Function

We hire QAAnalysts year-round to ensure our products meet the highest quality, reliability, and usability standards. You will design and execute test plans,uncover defects, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to drive continuous improvement.

Analysts 1 - 3

We are looking to fill roles of Quality Analyst across various grades (from Junior Analysts 1 to III).

PS: Our structure mimics the Big 4 model.

Job Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

• Conducts market research and analysis including industry, competitor and user research and analysis for new products and services.
• Analyses product and market data to understand potential opportunities and threats for new and existing products, assess the viability of product concepts, including financial, technical, and operational aspects.
• Translates research findings into actionable insights to clients and internal teams to guide product development and positioning strategies.
• Develop business documentation including analyses, reports and recommendation.
• Analyses, documents and coordinates the improvement of existing processes to enhance product development, delivery, and growth, as well ensure alignment with defined strategies and goals.
• Regularly engages internal and external stakeholders with findings and recommendations.
• Maintains performance trackers for business and product KPIs.

Test Planning, Execution, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Develops detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) based on product requirements and user stories.
• Executes functional, regression, integration, performance, and security tests across web, mobile, and API interfaces.
• Logs, prioritises, and tracks defects in our issue-tracking system, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Designs and run load and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Coordinates basic vulnerability scanning and security validations, reporting findings and remediation steps.
• Creates test summary reports and dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and release readiness.
• Tracks QA metrics (test coverage, defect density, escape rate) to drive process improvements.
• Proposes and implements QA best practices, tools, and process optimizations.

Automation & CI/CD

• Identifies repeatable test scenarios and implement automated test suites.
• Maintains and extend automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitors automated test results and collaborate with developers to resolve failures promptly.

Collaboration & Communication

• Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, advocating for quality at every stage.
• Works with product managers and business analysts to clarify acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Partners withUX designers to validate usability and accessibility requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant roles with ands-on experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.

Working Hours

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Regular working hours (8AM- 5PM) on business days - More hours may be required depending on business demands
