Job Function
They are responsible for growing the company’s business and revenues. They will drive new opportunities for sales and partnerships as well as grow existing relationships. They will focus on developing partnerships with industry stakeholders. They will ensure successful delivery for closed deals and ensure the company maintains competitive advantage. They will consolidate efforts across internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve defined goals.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identifies new opportunities for market penetrationand expansion
- Conducts market research and analysis includingindustry, competitor and user research and analysis for new products, clientsand markets.
- Drives growth through-leadership activities includingarticles, presentations, seminars etc with clients, vendors, industry driversand other internal and external stakeholders
- Drafts and reviews business documentation as required.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Manageopportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact tocontract execution
- Coordinateresponses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), andRequests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Conductsclient engagement with existing and prospective clients
- Maintainsvisibility over sales performance results, analyses and develops tacticalinitiatives to bridge identified gaps.
- Developsrelationships that are of value with the clients and partners.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology companies, venturebuilders, accelerators, ecosystem organisations, government agencies,professional associations, and complementary service providers
- Develop referral and channel partnership programmes, coordinate speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic visibility initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain relationships with key partners
- Coordinate joint initiatives, events, webinars, and co-marketing opportunities
- Track partnership performance and recommend opportunities for expansion
- Keeps abreast of trends and developments in all industries relevant to the business with respect to changes that may affect product/service delivery
- Represent ProduqtEdge at industry events, conferences, networking sessions, exhibitions, and ecosystem engagements.
Account Management
- Provides excellent customer-focused business management activities for designated clients and products including but not limited to
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients,
- proactively engaging with clients for feedback and incorporating feedback into service delivery and future engagements,
- reviewing client and engagement portfolio and driving internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum lifetime value for all clients and the company,
- conducting regular post-sales and post-project engagement with clients and vendors,
- provides client support and drives internal dependencies to ensure prompt delivery of products and services for and complete issue resolution.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in relevant roles
- Demonstrated experience selling professional services, consulting services,
- technology solutions, SaaS products, or B2B solutions.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and managing key accounts.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, or competitive bids is desirable
