Job Function

The People & Operations Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of ProduqtEdge's operations. This role combines Human Resources, Office Operations, Corporate Administration, Vendor Management, Procurement Oversight, and Internal Process Improvement. They will oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit management while ensuring our office environment, administrative systems, vendors, facilities, and procurement processes operate efficiently.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and creating a positive workplace culture in a fast-growing organisation.

Job Responsibilities

People & Talent Management
  • Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition and management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, career growth, exit management etc.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and structure appropriate to the company's size and growth stage.
  • Manage employee relations matters including employee wellbeing, grievances, queries, and mediation, inline with due process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour law and statutory requirements, including staff records, policies and relevant documentation.
  • Employee relations and administration including records management, leave management, payroll administration, contracting and performance management
  • Manage relevant vendor relationships
  • PromoteProduqtEdge’s culture and values
  • Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.

Operations & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including ensuring a safe, clean and productive work environment, availability of facilities, utilities, and work tools.
  • Maintain and oversee issuance and inventory of company assets, ensuring proper asset documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage service providers ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Supervise procurement processes ensuring cost efficiency

Process Improvement
  • Document administrative workflows and internal operational processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending and championing improvements.
  • Support ISO-quality documentation where applicable
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities to optimise efficiency

Education / Professional

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

3 to 4 years’ experience in relevant roles across Human Resources, Administration, Operations or People Management
